Led the development and execution of the Crisis Intercept Mapping (CIM) process for SAMHSA at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Managed and facilitated over 100 CIM workshops across 90+ counties, guiding multi-agency collaborations to assess and enhance crisis response systems for Service Members, Veterans, and their Families (SMVF). This initiative has significantly improved community-level readiness for mental health crises and supported the transition to 988 crisis support systems in counties across the nation.

Served as a Senior Facilitator across 20+ states for the Governor’s Challenge to Prevent Suicide, a nationwide VA initiative to prevent veteran suicides at the state level. Led state teams through the development and implementation of comprehensive suicide prevention strategic plans, promoting interagency collaboration and integrating evidence-based practices to reduce suicide rates among veterans. This role involved guiding teams in refining their action plans, identifying measurable outcomes, and facilitating peer-to-peer learning across states

Oversaw the design and development of the Suicide Prevention Coalition Sustainability Toolkit, a resource created to support veteran-focused community coalitions in strengthening long-term suicide prevention efforts. This toolkit, developed for the VA, provides actionable strategies and resources that ensure sustainable, high-impact community initiatives aimed at reducing veteran suicides.
